Join Our Team as we help homeowners all over Wake County! Our office assistant hours can be flexible do you have half day pre-school and need something for just those hours? That works for us! are you 9-1 Monday -Friday sounds good! Most tasks do not have a quick turn around so the hours most of the time can flex from week to week. This can also transition into full time for the right person at the main office in Raleigh as we grow across several more territories in the Triangle.



JOB SUMMARY
A Mister Sparky office assistant helps answer over flow calls, updates marketing and schedules office events and meetings. 

JOB DUTIES
  • Answers overflow incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company
  • Good communication with the client is essential! The ideal client care representative has a courteous and pleasant demeanor, whether on a phone call or not
  • Ensures that each telephone call is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting and script is used each time
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
       
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
  • Must have good computer software skills
  • Prior customer service experience in REAL ESTATE preferred but not required

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
